1 Reservations & Payments

• All bookings are subject to room availability.
• Full payment or advance payment is mandatory to confirm a reservation.
• All bookings are governed by our No Refund Policy.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in.

2 Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM.
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• No consideration will be given after check-out time.

3 Guest Conduct & Property Rules

• Guests must maintain decorum and respect hotel property.
• Smoking, illegal activities, or disturbances are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

4 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued in case of no-show or early departure.
• Date changes may be allowed only at management discretion.

5 Liability Disclaimer

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables.
• Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings.
• The hotel shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events.
